Senator Decimus was a member of the Senate on Cybertron. He travelled to Mining Outpost C-12 to formally announce the closure of the mine, officially due to the costs of running the mine but unofficially to allow it to be automated. During the announcement, a riot broke out during which Decimus was injured by an axe thrown by the miner Megatron.[1]
After the riot was subdued, Decimus received treatment for his injuries aboard his ship when the prisoner shuttle Longshot—carrying the survivors of the mine riot—attacked and crippled the vessel.[1]
